Craig Hosmer was elected to City Council to serve as General Council Seat B in April 2013 and
re-elected in April 2017 and April 2021. He currently serves as the chair of the Community
Involvement Committee and as a member of the Plans and Policies Committee.
Councilman Hosmer currently serves as a partner at Hosmer, King, and Royce, LLC. His
professional career has included positions that provide him with a strong legal background.
Hosmer received his juris doctor from George Washington National Law School in
Washington, D.C., and his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of
Missouri-Columbia.
His civic involvement includes service in the Missouri House of Representatives – 138th District, from 1990 until 2002. Additionally, he served as the chair of the Criminal Law Committee.
